Orders & shipping
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 4 to 8 business days
- United States: 4 to 8 business days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days
Yes. We offer free express shipping on orders over $50.
You can also choose between Priority or Standard shipping at checkout, depending on your preference.
Yes. Duties and taxes are included.

Returns & guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process it.
Yes. Every Periguet watch comes with a 2-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues.
If there is a covered issue, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge within two years from the purchase date.
Yes. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
