These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Periguet online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

These Terms of Sale govern all commercial transactions between Periguet ("we", "us", "the seller") and any customer ("you", "the buyer") placing an order through our website. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale.

Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on our website at the time of your order. Each product is described with as much accuracy as possible. However, photographs, colours, and dimensions are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify our product range at any time without prior notice.

Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Duties and taxes are included in the displayed price — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Free express shipping is offered on all orders over $50.

Periguet reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Ordering process

The ordering process consists of the following steps:

• Select the product(s) and add them to your cart
• Review your cart and proceed to checkout
• Enter your shipping and billing information
• Choose your shipping method
• Review your order summary and confirm payment
• Receive an order confirmation by email

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. Periguet does not store your payment card details.

Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

• Europe — 4 to 8 business days
• United States — 4 to 8 business days
• Rest of the world — 5 to 10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Guarantee

Every Periguet watch comes with a 2-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. If a covered defect is identified, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge within two years from the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow care instructions.

Liability

Periguet shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, carrier delays, or disruptions to postal services.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@periguet.com so that we can try to find an amicable solution.

If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France. European Union consumers may also refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
