Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Periguet purchase. If something isn't right, our return process is simple and straightforward.
30-day returns — You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn or unused
- Tags must still be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To start a return, please contact us at hello@periguet.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
02Damages & defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
03Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products (such as special orders or engravings)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

04Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
05European Union cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The same conditions apply as for our standard return policy: items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
06Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@periguet.com.
